TallyPrime

  • Works with TallyPrime through Graeon's own Tally add-on (TDL) — one add-on for every client, with settings per company
  • Sends items, parties, sales orders, sales invoices, purchase orders, GRNs, bills, credit and debit notes, manufacturing journals and stock journals to Tally
  • Brings purchase orders, purchase invoices, sales orders, sales invoices, payments, outstanding balances, credit and debit notes and parties from Tally
  • A re-sent voucher never creates a second document; a changed voucher updates the existing one
  • Each voucher is filed under the branch whose GSTIN it carries, so one Tally company can serve several registrations
  • Compare manufacturing journals and closing stock between Tally and the ERP from inside Tally

Oracle ERP

  • Scheduled sync with an existing Oracle ERP — items, parties, purchase orders, GRNs, sales documents and accounting vouchers

Do we have to leave Tally or Oracle?

No. Graeon ERP works alongside either. Ready connectors keep TallyPrime or Oracle ERP in step, so they can stay your system of record.

Is it customised for each company?

It is configured. Fields, columns, approvals and behaviour are set per company from screens, through hundreds of per-company settings — not separate code for each client.

Does it generate e-invoices and e-way bills?

Yes, from the document, with credentials held per GSTIN.

Does it file GST returns?

It prepares GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B reports and reconciles GSTR-2B. Filing stays with you or your accountant.

Does the shop floor need computers?

No. Production, packing and dispatch entries can come from the phone, and they reach the ERP within minutes.

Is our data separate from other companies?

Yes. Each company has its own database schema, backed up nightly.

Can it connect to systems other than Tally and Oracle?

Yes, through our API, set up as a project for your company.
